Welcome to Initiate Global Foundation, Inc. (“Initiate Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://initiateglobal.org
and any related platforms, tools, and services offered to donors, campaign creators, beneficiaries,
partners, volunteers, and supporters (collectively, the “Users”).


Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing the website, creating an account, launching a campaign,
making a donation, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Campaign Guidelines, and Refund /
Cancellation Policy, which are deemed incorporated herein by reference.


  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these
    Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines, including those
    issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD),
    Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the Data Privacy Act of 2012,
    and other competent authorities, insofar as applicable to a non-profit and charitable organization.

  2. Definitions
    1. Platform – the Initiate Global Foundation website, digital tools, and related services.
    2. User – any individual or entity that accesses, registers, or uses the Platform.
    3. Donor – a User who voluntarily contributes money or in-kind donations through the Platform.
    4. Campaign Creator – a User or partner organization authorized by Initiate Global to create and manage a fundraising campaign.
    5. Beneficiary – an individual, group, or organization intended to receive the proceeds or benefits of a campaign.
    6. Campaign – a fundraising or advocacy initiative hosted on the Platform for charitable, social, humanitarian, or developmental purposes.
    7. Donation – a voluntary contribution made by a Donor to a Campaign, with no expectation of financial return.
  3. Eligibility

    3.1 General Eligibility

    1. Be at least eighteen (18) years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian;
    2. Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and
    3. Use the Platform solely for lawful and legitimate purposes.

    3.2 Campaign Creators and Beneficiaries

    1. Submit accurate, complete, and truthful information, including supporting documents when required;
    2. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards; and
    3. Use funds exclusively for the purposes stated in the Campaign.
  4. User Obligations
    1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
    2. Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials;
    3. Use the Platform in good faith and for lawful purposes only;
    4. Refrain from fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or any unlawful activity;
    5. Promptly report any unauthorized use or suspicious activity.
  5. Role of Initiate Global Foundation
    1. Does not guarantee the success of any Campaign or the outcome of any charitable activity;
    2. Does not guarantee that Donations will achieve a specific impact or result;
    3. Does not provide legal, tax, medical, financial, or professional advice.
  6. Donations and Risks
    1. All Donations made through the Platform are voluntary and non-investment in nature;
    2. Donations are not refundable, except as expressly provided in our Refund / Cancellation Policy or required by law;
    3. Donors acknowledge that charitable activities involve inherent risks and uncertainties;
    4. Initiate Global does not warrant or guarantee any specific use, result, or impact beyond reasonable oversight and good-faith efforts.
  7. Campaign Creator and Beneficiary Obligations
    1. Use Donations strictly for the purposes disclosed in the Campaign;
    2. Maintain accurate records of fund utilization;
    3. Provide updates, reports, or proof of use when reasonably requested;
    4. Comply with anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism financing, and other applicable laws;
    5. Cooperate with audits, investigations, or regulatory inquiries when required.

    Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal of the Campaign, withholding of funds,
    reporting to authorities, and/or legal action.

  8. Fees and Charges
    1. Initiate Global may charge reasonable platform, processing, or administrative fees, as disclosed on the Platform;
    2. Applicable fees may be deducted from Donations or charged separately;
    3. Continued use of the Platform constitutes consent to such fees.
  9. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by or
    licensed to Initiate Global. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative
    works without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.

  10. Data Privacy

    Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and
    the Initiate Global Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, Users consent to the collection,
    use, storage, and processing of their personal data for legitimate purposes, including compliance,
    reporting, and campaign administration.

  11. Prohibited Activities
    1. Provide false, misleading, or deceptive information;
    2. Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes;
    3. Engage in harassment, abuse, or exploitation of others;
    4. Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform;
    5. Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or similar prohibited activities.
  12. Limitation of Liability
    1. Initiate Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
    2. Initiate Global does not guarantee the success, outcome, or impact of any Campaign;
    3. Users assume all risks arising from their participation and use of the Platform.
  13. Amendments

    Initiate Global may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform.
    Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

  14. Suspension and Termination

    Initiate Global may suspend or terminate User access for violations of these Terms, applicable laws,
    or internal policies. Users may request account termination, subject to settlement of any outstanding obligations.

  15. Dispute Resolution

    The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiation.
    If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.
    Should litigation be necessary, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the proper courts of Taguig City, Philippines.

  16. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
