and any related platforms, tools, and services offered to donors, campaign creators, beneficiaries, partners, volunteers, and supporters (collectively, the “Users”).

By accessing the website, creating an account, launching a campaign, making a donation, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the fees disclosed herein, together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Campaign Guidelines, and Refund / Cancellation Policy, which are deemed incorporated herein by reference.

1. Purpose of Fees
   Fees collected by Initiate Global are intended to support:
   
   1. Platform development, maintenance, and operational costs;
   2. Secure payment processing infrastructure;
   3. Administrative and compliance requirements;
   4. Fraud prevention, monitoring, and risk management.
2. Donation Campaign Fees
   Donation Campaigns refer to voluntary contributions made without expectation of financial return.
   
   1. Platform Fee: 0% (Introductory Offer)
   2. Processing Fee: 2%
   3. Payment Gateway Transaction Fee: 1.5%

   These fees may be:

   1. Deducted from the total amount raised; or
   2. Charged separately at checkout, depending on the payment method and system configuration.
3. Rewards Campaign Fees
   Rewards Campaigns refer to fundraising initiatives where supporters may receive non-financial benefits such as products, services, discounts, early access, or special privileges.

   2. Processing Fee: 5%
   3. Payment Gateway Transaction Fee: 1.5%

   Applicable fees may be deducted from campaign proceeds or presented during checkout, as disclosed in the transaction flow.

5. Introductory Offer
   The 0% Platform Fee for both Donation and Rewards Campaigns is part of an introductory promotional offer. Initiate Global reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time, with prior notice published on the Platform.
6. Payment Gateway Fees
   Payment Gateway Transaction Fees cover secure online payment handling, card processing, banking integration, fraud detection, and related infrastructure. These fees are imposed by third-party payment processors and may vary based on the payment channel used.
7. Fee Application and Disclosure
   
   1. All applicable fees are disclosed on the Platform and/or during the checkout process;
   2. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable fees before completing transactions;
   3. Continued use of the Platform constitutes consent to such fees.
8. Taxes
   Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to their transactions. Initiate Global shall comply with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements of the Republic of the Philippines.
9. Changes to Fees
   Initiate Global reserves the right to update, modify, or revise fees at any time. Any material changes will be posted on this page and reflected in the Platform’s transaction flow. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.
10. No Guarantee of Net Proceeds
    Initiate Global does not guarantee a specific net amount to Campaign Creators after fees. Actual net proceeds depend on the total funds raised, applicable deductions, and payment method used.
