Hello beautiful People!🩷 I am writing to humbly request your financial support for life-critical medical treatments. Since November 2024, I have been battling two rare and severe conditions: Addison’s Disease and Myeloproliferative Neoplasm (MPN).

Addison’s Disease is a life-threatening adrenal disorder that requires lifelong hormone replacement and constant vigilance to prevent a fatal Adrenal Crisis. Simultaneously, my MPN diagnosis requires ongoing oral chemotherapy to manage my blood platelets and prevent strokes. Due to the extreme physical toll of these conditions, I am currently unable to maintain the secondary employment I need to cover my medical expenses.

Despite these challenges, I have been honored with the opportunity to serve as a Philippines Ambassador for the Addison’s Self-Help Group (ADSHG) UK.

In this role, I advocate for early diagnosis and better care for others in our country. However, my ability to continue this mission and sustain my own life depends on regular, high-cost diagnostic monitoring.
I am seeking assistance to fund the following essential requirements:

• Specialized Imaging – Vital MRI and CT scans for ongoing disease monitoring
• Laboratory Tests – Regular blood chemistry and specialized endocrine panels
• Maintenance Medications – Daily life-saving steroid therapy and oral chemotherapy
