Espinosa 33 yrs old nakatira sa bulacan . april 2024 po na diagnos po ako ng hypertensive heart failure . 32 yrs old po ako nun nag maintainance napo ako kso natigil din po dahil wlang sapat na pera para matustusan ang aking gamot . Nov.2024 minanas po hnggang may 2025 . Dahil dun sumailalim po ako sa isang surgery upang bawasan ang aking tubig sa katawan nabutasan sa tiyan nilagyan ng hose para dun po lumalabas ang tubig . Hanggang ngaun po nag gagamot ako maintainance na po sya lifetime . Kaya wla din po kakayahang mkapg trabaho sa sakit kopo masyado maselan bawal mastress , mapagod , magbuhat ng mabibigat . Kaya lumalapit po ko sa inyo para po sa tulong para sa aking gamot sana po inyong matulungan . Maraming slamat po at Godbless po 🙏
