My name is Mirrise Y. Espinosa, 33 years old, and a resident of Bulacan. In April 2024, at 32 years old, I was diagnosed with Hypertensive Heart Failure. I was prescribed maintenance medications, but I had to stop because I did not have enough money to sustain them.From November 2024 to May 2025, I suffered from severe edema (swelling). Because of this, I underwent a surgical procedure to drain the excess fluid from my body. My abdomen was punctured and a tube was inserted to allow the fluid to drain out.To this day, I am taking maintenance medications, which I will need for the rest of my life. Because of my condition, I am unable to work. My illness is very delicate; I cannot be stressed, exhausted, or lift heavy objects.I am reaching out to you to humbly ask for financial or medical assistance to help me sustain my daily medication.
